Our Mission
The mission of the GNPCC Leadership Development Program is to assist business leaders in the education and development of themselves and their staff. The program will offer scholarships to qualified area high school and college students, providing an opportunity to enhance the skills that will be an asset to themselves and the entire business community in the future.

Director Spotlight
Collette C. McBratney
Collette C. McBratney
President CCM Training Co.

This describes the passion our LDP Director, Collette C. McBratney brings to each session. From designing training to providing coaching, Collette tackles each assignment with energy!

Collette begins her fifth year as our Director. As such, she develops and delivers the Leadership For Life curriculum. "Through the Chamber's program, we're building future leaders," says Collette. Past and present attendee comments reinforce the program's value and relevancy.

Collette is currently serving as Project Director for The Salvation Army's Bucks-Mont Katrina Project. To date, this major effort has raised $1.6M to help those in Hancock County, MS.

CCM Training Co. provides performance consulting services to its clients. Her portfolio includes Wachovia, Holy Family University, Deer Meadoes, Triple A, Independence Blue Cross, New York Life--to name a few.

Collette and her husband, Bill, live in Northeast Philadelphia.
